3. Refund Policy for Subscriptions
For subscription-based services, the following refund policies apply:
3.1 Monthly Subscriptions
For monthly subscriptions, we offer a full refund if requested within 7 days of the initial purchase or latest renewal. After this period, we do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of the current billing cycle. You can, however, cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
3.2 Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscriptions, we offer a full refund if requested within 14 days of the initial purchase or latest renewal. After this period, we may, at our discretion, provide a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription, less any applicable administrative fees.
3.3 Cancellation of Subscriptions
Cancelling your subscription will stop future billing but will not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period. To cancel your subscription:
- Log in to your account
- Navigate to your account settings
- Select "Subscriptions"
- Click on "Cancel Subscription"
- Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation
Your access to subscription content will continue until the end of the current billing period.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Include the following information in your request:

4.1 Response Time

- Credit card refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution
- PayPal refunds are usually processed within 1-2 business days
- Other payment methods may have different processing times
